The Point Apartment - Exmouth

It was incredible by the promenade too which was lovely to have a walk down. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom were a bonus. Julie made everything for all of us.

Thanks very much for really lovely stay, having setting right on the seafront. The apartment has lovely and beautiful so close to wandering along the beach and the marina.

i had apartment with very comfortable bed. location was best possible and comfortable in the marina area really close to the train station.

It was located in a local area close to beach, shops and restaurants. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle in the room...

Everything good, a good choice of restaurants and pub for breakfast. Unbeatable and comfortable location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre of Exmouth. 115 minutes walk to Dawlish Warren Beach.

The apartment had a really comfy bed, and it was great to have a dishwasher, fridge, and an electric kettle. The views of the sea and the boats were just fantastic. The location near the train station and waterfront was really convenient and comfortable.

amazing stay in exmouth! perfect apartment with everything we needed - underfloor heating, comfy beds, and a lovely bathroom. the location was great too, walking distance to town and the coast path. the owner was super helpful, even left us treats upon arrival. highly recommend!

Had a great week at Database pros! The apartment was modern, well decorated, and had a high-tech kitchen. Everything was clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Julia was responsive when we had questions. The location was perfect, with great pubs and restaurants just steps away, and parking was easy.

I had a fantastic week at the Point. the apartment was beautifully decorated, modern, and well-equipped, especially the high-tech kitchen. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Julia, the owner, was also very responsive and helpful. the location was superb, with several excellent pubs and restaurants just a stone's throw from the front door. Parking was also a breeze.
